Product Details

This Douglas TN-30DM (Double-mesh) Tournament Net is very popular for tennis clubs looking to replace their existing nets. The TN-30DM net meets the USTA requirements for official size (41'9" long x 3'6" high) and is constructed of 1-3/4" square mesh, 3.0 mm braided solid core polyethylene. It is equipped with 6 double mesh rows from the top to ensure durability. The 2-ply headband is contructed of 65oz vinyl coated polyester (20 oz./sq.yd.) while the netting is 3.0mm thick with a break strength of 285 lbs. Includes a 1/2” Fiberglass dowels, lacing cord and heavy-duty vinyl coated cable. The headbands are polyester based and will not shrink or rot when exposed to summer weather conditions. It is recommended the net is stored in a cool dry place during the winter months.

Please note that this net does not include a centre strap.

  • Vinyl Coated Polyester headband weight 32 oz
  • 3.0mm Braided polyethylene netting 285 lbs break strength.
  • 1/2” Fiberglass dowels, lacing cord and heavy-duty vinyl coated cable.
  • Vinyl bottom tape and side pockets of headbands are polyester based and won't shrink, mildew or not when exposed to the elements.
  • Meets USTA requirements for official size (41'9" x 3'6")
  • Netting is 1-3/4" sq mesh braided polyethylene unsurpassed for durability and weather resistance
  • Headband has been lock sewn with 4 rows of 32# white polyester thread and the side and bottom tapes double lock stitched with black polyester thread.
